Interesting download for chinese recipies

#1 Post by kissafish »

Hi Everyone.
I bought a book called "Secrets of a Chinese Chef" From a seller on ebay.
It turned out to be a download from a web page - (An e-book.)
He charged me £3.75 for the link. So here is the web page address for free. It is actually Interesting if you are into Chinese cooking.
( Right click on the file and save as')
I HATE BEING RIPPED OFF!!

the secret to any chinese food is; put as much monosodiumglutamate MSG into it, loads of chunkey sliced vegetable, more msg, black bean sauce, sweet and sour, any meat, more msg, noodles and that about covers everything... oh wait, did i forget to mention fried rice and a light sprinkling of msg for flavour...

Saw some nutter on Discovery Channel adding MSG to his bait. Is this normal? It was an aussie programme...

suppose he wanted to add flavour to the bait so the fish would get "hooked" on msg???

Try Asia Supermarket on the Ormeau Road for MSG. As I've oft mentioned before, also an excellent source of cheap bait fish/shellfish, both fresh and frozen. In fact, if they'd just break down and stock tackle as well, a man might never need go anyplace else....
