I bought a book called "Secrets of a Chinese Chef" From a seller on ebay.
It turned out to be a download from a web page - (An e-book.)
He charged me £3.75 for the link. So here is the web page address for free. It is actually Interesting if you are into Chinese cooking.

the secret to any chinese food is; put as much monosodiumglutamate MSG into it, loads of chunkey sliced vegetable, more msg, black bean sauce, sweet and sour, any meat, more msg, noodles and that about covers everything... oh wait, did i forget to mention fried rice and a light sprinkling of msg for flavour...
