Tolka estuary

Hi guys

Do you know if it's legal to fish in the tolka estuary north of Dublin port. I don't seem to find any information.

Yes ..licence required only for seatrout..good flounder and chance of bass .plenty of rats knocking about especially after sunset..and not only the four legged variety
