Blow lug, frozen black lug, squid, sandeels

Rigs:

Mainly dabs during the day. A lot of whiting around stripping the hooks as usual. A few of them were sizeable in fairness. A pack of small hounds moved in at dusk and I caught a few on the blow lug.

Nice one, gtood to see a report from here. Its a lovely beach with good water depth. I have fished Clone beach getting small spurdogs and a big bull huss. And the whiting stripping baits as they sure do. Were you hoping for a codling ? as this was what i was trying for but didnt succeed.
