HIN on 21' malahide worker

Can anyone shed some light on exactly where the hull number is on a 21' malahide worker? It's my first boat and didn't know boats had/needed one. Im unsure of age either but the boat is in good condition.

It is common to locate on the starboard side just under the gunnel rubber.
Are the boats still being made?

Yes, thats where it is on my boat, but I've also seen them totally painted over so might have to look closely.

Thanks Jim, I will have a good look there this evening, Don't think they make the boats anymore, tried googling but came up empty on new ones as i was going to contact the builder

Sometime Insurance companies can look for such details. You might find once you give them a number they are happy. If you are struggling to find a hull number, give it one yourself.
