Dublin South, south east winds

Rarely fish Dublin but looking at this weekend. It giving south south easterlies. Would this be a bit lumpy ? or would it be ok?

Sout east wind even force 2/3 will make it a bit bumpy all right

Can you expand on this? Why would a SW be choppy with that little wind?
Waves are .1m every 2 seconds.
