new boat rod - salt and fresh - advice please

#1 Post by kieran »

boat rod

now its a small skiff on a pike lake and a slow river until June by the looks of things, but I'd like to allow it double up for sessions at sea.

Was thinking 6-12 lbs Kenzaki or similar. Too long for a 13 foot boat?

All comments and advice welcome, thanks

the 6-12 Kensaki would be a lovely rod. Nice and light in terms of weight and action. It will take up to a six oz lead handy.
