Fished here from about 1500 to 2100 yesterday, high tide in Arklow at 2036. Was hoping for hounds or tope after the recent success but its carpeted in dogs. Had 15 or 20 of them and a lot more bites that didn't connect where they couldn't get the 8/0 in their gob. No runs from hounds on the crab either, so they might be gone for the year. Hopefully the cod will be in soon.
