Equipment: 7.5ft Shakespeare Ugly Stik 2 30/50lb
Bait/Rig: 4 hook pollock basher 3/0 rig in the morning during the rain and switching to 3 hook mackerel basher 1/0 rig when the sun came out and 9oz lead.
Conditions: Heavy rain with a bit of chop in the morning and clearing to nice sunshine and calmer waters in the afternoon.
My Result: 7 Pollock, 2 Coalfish, 17 Mackerel, 1 Whiting
Kens Result: 8 Mackerel

Another fine day launching from Rush, Co. Dublin and mostly drifting over rough ground and reefs around Lambay, early in the day I caught my PB pollock measuring 52cm and weighing 3lb and all the mackerel were pretty big so it was a very good session today!
