Anyone fished Black Head Clare recently?

Havent heard anything of note, would assume the bashers would be about

Yes I have been fishing it 3 times this month for Mack and no luck unfortunately.

But I am also very new to sea fishing so probably doing something wrong.

Haven't been there but have been moving from mark to mark in Clare. Bashers are there alright on most of the mack marks but the macks are very sporadic. This would be marks that typically have loads all throughout the summer. The Dolphins and Seals are all around anyway.

was passing by on tuesday, cars in all the spots, but no mackeral were seen. the bottom fishing on Blackhead has been brutal for a decade

Sorry but anyone able to tell me good spot to fish clare/Galway I'm coming from Galway if I don't catch something soon I'll give it up altogether.
