Now if only we can convince the government to get rid of the illegal bass poaching and make the fines so stiff it is not worth the poachers while fishing. Was in an Italian Restaurant in Waterord tonight and they had their usual special "FRESH SEA BASS". I asked the waiter if it was imported or locally caught and he smiled and informed me of course it was locally caught. Somehow I think he was telling the truth.
