Weather:Strong Easterly with heavy coloured sea.

Bait:Mackerel, sandeel, lug,rag, squid

Rigs:3 hook and single clipped down

Results: 2 small whiting saved the blank


Report: Very strong wind made fishing and casting difficult. I used the single hook to try as far out as I could get and the other rod in close. Baits were coming back untouched even after dark. I went back to wicklow pier for a couple of hours and got some more small stuff there with one lovely cod of nine inches. My biggest in a while. :P Why didnt I wait till today when the weather is better. That dirty word called work I guess.
