Sea Bass

#1 Post by Sean Mac »

Headed to Rosslare Strand armed with Peeler crabs and ragworm. Fished an out going tide and just before the tide turned !! Bang , a runaway bite on the crab. I thought i had a smoothie but instead a beauty of a Bass that graced the shore. Continued fishing on a rising tide and missed three other great takes all on crab. The ragworm wasnt working at all. Had to take my rods out a few times as there was a seal watching me directly out in front. The rig i tried was an up and over ledger rig. Great day was had, breathtaking views and very happy with my catch.
