Hey guys,
I've got a Tournament 7ht reel that isn't running properly for me. I've taken it apart a few times and back together but still cant seem to find the issue. I thought it was sand between the spool and cage but Ive cleaned, and greased it but to no avail. Just wondering is there anyone I could send it to to get it sorted?

When I last dealt with Daiwa their repair section was based in Scotland, but that was before the advent of all the gear being made/assembled in Taiwan. Mind you it was then an excellent service at that stage.
