Just me by my lonesome
Tide .. dropping then incoming
Rigs .. two hook flappers
Bait.. frozen crab lug sand eel
Results... stack loads of fish from codling coalies flats even some early dogs all small though ..
I haven't been putting up reports over the last year or so but going to change that this year I couldn't sleep this morning plus I wanted to try out a new continental rod I bought so I took a spin out to killiney as it was getting bright had some bait in the fridge ..
I wanted to get a picture of the sun rising it was amazing but unfortunately my phone died as I arrived .
Suprisingly enough for this time of year the place was alive I was hitting doubles most casts with a nice variety of species mostly coalies and codling with a flat or two and a lone doggie
All small but welcome all the same ..
First session of the year nice to get out looking forward to the summer coming in
