Try Aughris Head for the pollack and coalfish
There is a deep pool at the very end that fills at HW.
Bit of a hike along the path.
Go right where the cliff has given way.
Go there with a tide that is flooding near full as the light drops.
mid water plugs thrown into the boils will find the pollack.
Can run to a decent size if you are lucky.
