I am staying in dungarvan for a few days in September with a view to lure fish for bass. I’m not familiar with the area so am looking for a guide. Can any one recommend a good guide ?
Would be really appreciated.

Re: copper Coast and Dungarvan Guide
Well, trip over but didn’t get a guide. Just as well, I had four days in Dungarvan just as the remnants of the last hurricane from the states arrived. Wind, rain and washing machine surf sent me to the ferry with tail between my legs. I fished Dingle the week before. I had four decent bass between 5 1/2lb and 7lb and a number of schoolies but it was tough going. The hours fished was massive a real endurance test. Dingle has not produced for me this year. Spring was dire which for me is usually my favourite time of year. I’m back for first two weeks in November and will try Dungarvan again for a couple of days weather permitting.
