The pink rock is located on the old Waterford/New Ross Road. It is an easily accessible place but for fishing I would think there are much better places within a short distance depending on the time of the year. Within the last few year there has been a lot of the bank infilled to make channel deeper for boats (that didn't work as it is still being dredged) and this has made it very rough ground to fish. I would go to Waterford and fish Passage/Cheekpoint/Tramore or any of the coastal areas.

neilus i have fished this area more times than i can rember the best mark along here is at a small humpback bridge here you can pick up some decent flounders, bass in the summer on either rag or crabs and some monster silver eels if thats yor thing ,it very sheltered and can be fished in almost any conditions but like sharky said there are better marks in the area

Plenty of info but not sure I should tell you. Would not want to find any fish cut up and left around
