cono-flex Anubis, any thoughts.
have been interested in one of these since they came out. want a rod to replace my nemisis for rough ground fishing. wondering oif anybody has one or fished with one.
shore species 2008(25):dogfish(3.1lbs), bull huss (12lb 2oz), bass, shore rockling, coalie, whiting, pollack, conger (22.4lbs),flounder, thick lipped mullet (4.8lbs),turbot,ling (11.2lbs),ballan wrasse(4.5lbs), cuckoo wrasse, pouting, poor cod, cod (9.5lbs), dab, 3 bearded rockling, long spined scorpion fish, corkwing wrasse, plaice, trigger fish, sea trout, garfish

havent got one mate but the reports suggest it was designed by two rock anglers from the north east of england alex harvey and bob gascoinge and used there aswell.i know on the casting field it has hit very respectable distances and will handle heavy leads and big baits no problem.there are two rods a 6oz and 7 oz version ,there was a write up in sea angler not so long ago about them.why dont you ring conoflex 01892 664388 or look in sea angler december edition the write up is in it on that rod.
