[b]Duration:[Saturday 14.30-17.30]

[b]Tide:[high at 14.15, end of spring 5.3m]

[b]Weather:[sunny with light NW breeze]

[b]Bait:[frozen sandeel]

[b]Rigs:[deep trolling]

[b]Results:[11 pollack and 4 coalfish]


[b]Report:[Went bach to the slate today essentially to teach the son how to deep spin sandeel. Another good days fishing. Coalfish all around the pound mark and all pollack in the 1-2 lb range. None of the bigger fish i had earlier in the week made an appearance. Still up to 2 lbs not bad.

crackin days fishing again down at the slate well done.i'm on holidays next week defo get down for a chuck.what state of tide do you think best!!found it a bit hairy fishin on the rise.

Yes definitely hairy on the rise. I have fished the last 2 visits on the ebb and the 2 nd half of the ebb is the best, although the tides next week are fairly weak.
