I plan to be there. We'll finalise exact venues shortly - we may do the Warren on the Sunday as it may suit better time and tide wise.
Thanks again to http://www.henrystackleshop.com/ for sponsoring the club.

Likely to miss this one too unfortunately. I am away for the last two weekends fishing and have been travelling a lot with work so need to spend this weekend with the family.
Lovely venue and really disappointed I cant make it.
Hope we get a good turnout from other club members.
Donal.

I will be there. Loads of fish going down here at the moment.
UP THE DEISE!!!!!!!
If you can keep your head when all around you have lost theirs, then you probably haven't understood the seriousness of the situation.
KStaff winning matches is the new black.

Re: Clonakilty 24th and 25th of June sponsor Henry's Tackle
Saturday we fished the Red Strand, Sunday we moved to The Warren.
Fishing was tough over the weekend with no bream or mullet. On The Warren the mullet were in front of us but not feeding at all.
On Saturday, I was reduced to scratching out small turbot, and none of them made the size. I did have a flounder near the end of the competition.
On the Sunday I tried my best to tempt a mullet, but left it very late to change from just one or two maddies to a big bunch, which tempted a nice flounder. However it was not enough to catch JP, who was the winner both days. Thanks to Mark (m.b3) for the hospitality and of course to Henry's Tackle for the sponsorship.
