The first of our two tournaments this month looked like we might get off to a great start. The weather was fine, the sun was shining, the mercury was steady @15c and with only a couple of clouds in the sky. If only the SW wind would stay constant and keep blowing straight down the court. It did but only for about an hour. Then it increased but swung NW and blew directly across our casting line. This didnt change for the rest of the day. Even so Andrew managed an incredible 41 and Cracko ( who had gone AWOL for the pass few months ) rolled up and pulled a 28 out of the bag. Ger got a brilliant 20 and Ian was just short of his PB of 186. Our old casting partner Shane Horan also arrived to shed a bit of rust and Kia received a great feast courtesy of Ger. The Craic was as usual excellent.

Great crack as usual and good to see some old members back up... Pity the wind swung so early leaving us with that stupid 90 degree crosswind again...
