kilcoole
fished kilcoole today 3 till 8pm had a nice plaice about 1.5lbs on low water. I had 3 smaller plaice all around 10/12 inches I also put out a heavy rod I lost a very good fish either a tope/huss after it snagged me.i was using 150lb pulley rig with a wire trace and the fish found a snag.i could feel him kicking for a few mins then the gear went slack.had to pull for a break I reckon the lead had snagged.weather was great westerly wind all in all a good day roll on may.
common sense not very common
