Fish tag?

I went rock pooling yesterday and spotted what I think is a fish tag on the shore I looked on Google but could not see any like it
Has anyone seen one before?Image

Its a lobster pot tag from across the pond. Either US or Canada and I have found one before. Google lobster trap tags under images.

Thanks for that caz I had a look on Google and that's what it is,I will try find out where it came from
