Which charters do you recommend?

#1 Post by spindlefist »

Hey folks,
just wondering which charters in Galway/Clare folks would recommend the most? I'm thinking Clare Dragoon, but as I'm not booking out entire boat, there'd be 3 of us so we'd have to find a charter that fits yis in. Simply looking for a days charter, reef for big Pollock or ling , perhaps some drifts for Huss and Ray...

i do a lot of trips on this boat as i live near the pier, if you follow his facebook page

https://www.facebook.com/CarrigaholtSeaAngling

you will find out about days that are bookable on an individual basis, which is the way
i mostly join trips. i know someone has a trip booked on the 11th of april, so
any settled weather that comes from then and it will be game on!!

you are right about the species, also lots of cod and haddock around last year
