Flounder on soft plastics

#1 Post by Bassy Tom »

Went out early Paddys Day morning to try and bag my first Bass of the season. No joy on the Bass front but i did manage to land my first ever flounder on a soft plastic. Happy Days!

Would you believe it was the 100mm Fiiish crazy sandeel with a 10g jig head and a rattle in the body cavity. Only the second fish i have caught with that lure.

I once caught a dab on a full Launce mounted on a 5/0 hook. It wasn't any longer than the Launce.
