Patchinko/ SG Panic Prey- Best conditions

#1 Post by shortcircuit »

Picked up a savage gear panic prey at the weekend (basically a Patchinko imitation) at the Swords show. Can't wait to give it a go.

Was just wondering what conditions people like to fish them in: dead calm or choppy as hell.

I haven't really fished with surface lures before so I'm open to advice.

Cheers folks

I caught on the Patchinko in all conditions, but saw them at their best when the wind was so strong it was pulling the lure over the surface.
