Recommendations for fishing Charter around Dublin

My friends and I are planning something to get us through the long month of January! Ive done no sea fishing from a boat and so my suggestion is chartering a boat and going on a fishing trip. Although I fish during the summer months for many years, my friends have no experience so we would need to charter someone who supplies gear also.

Are there any recommendations for specific charters around Dublin?

A lot of the charter skippers take their boats out of the water during the winter, mainly for repairs and anti-fouling.
