Cork Codling - Video Report

As you can see from the shore reporters there has been a reasonable run of cod so far this winter.
While the fish are generally smaller than previous years the run is welcome given that there were few cod around last year (2013).

I have been taking trips out in various craft and catching cod each time. It sure is great to shorten the winter:

Seems to be a good season so far, plenty about alright Jim. I heard you had a handy session with Paul and his aul man last week 8)

Cheers lads! Yes Sean, we had a nice run last week! First time in a few years that there was a decent opportunity between Christmas and New Years.
