A Shore Thing Closing Down Sale in Westport

#1 Post by kieran »

Hi

Doug Priddy is closing down a Shore Thing in Westport, primarily for health reasons. The sales runs to Christmas Eve so if there's an angler in your life, or you've given money to buy yourself something (lazy mother-in-laws!) it might be a good spot. I am sure that everyone who knows him will want to wish him well in his retirement - he always had a good tale to tell! 8)

Time spent fishing is never time wasted...

2015 targets - a triggerfish, a specimen bass, a three bearded rockling to complete the set and something big and toothy from certain north Mayo deep water marks

Just picked up a few nice bass lures (rapala, daiwa) for € 3.99 each!
There's a beaut of a Grauvell Teklon uptider boat rod there, marked down to just € 100 if anyone wants to make me a present of it!!!!

For the record, he's going to operate from his base in Louisburgh but his wife is taking over the unit and she will be keep a small section of it for customers to collect gear and bait, so if you have his number, a few days warning should see it ready for collection in there.
