Building on the basics

#1 Post by JPS »

Since I wasn't happy with the distances that I was getting I decided to get back to a basic training regime starting with the OTG and then building back up to my high swing. I intend to keep this up as I move towards a targeted improvement of between 5% or 10 %.

Nice casting JP, I've always found the OTG really helpful when the pendulum style goes a bit rough.

It's been said a billion times and never changes-The basics are the backbone.

Thanks for posting.
