Neap Tides- Tactics

#1 Post by shortcircuit »

Hello all. Was thinking of heading out tomorrow but tides aren't great at present.
This lead me on to the question- are neap tides worth fishing?

If so, is a change of mark type/ tactics required? Are estuary type marks more likely to produce than open rock/beach marks?
Should I switch to bigger/ smaller lures? Or use more SPs?

Be interested to hear anyones thoughts on fishing the smaller tides.
Entries now open for the All Ireland Shore Cod Championships on November 29th hosted by Sea Angling Ireland SAC
