First mullet (Dublin) 20/07/14

#1 Post by myworldfishing »

Myself and 2:

3 hours to high:

Rising:

Lovely:

Bread:

Cheap and easy:

1 Mullet.:

Report: Headed out for an hour to get away from the kids and decided on a mullet session.... Got to the mark about 3 hours before high, started feeding them... Within 10 mins they were whacking the bread out of it so I casted in and wham.... Landed that fish in the image....

It felt between 3 and 4lbs, I had no scales.

Very first mullet session, very first cast, and very first mullet.

Yep, best fighting fish I have ever landed... I even got a round of applause from a group of on lookers and then slipped on my ass to get a group laugh lmao...

Just a simple clip on bubble float about 4 foot from the hook, and then pinch the bread on the hook so it floats.
