Duration: 2pm - 6pm

Tide: Flood

Weather: Perfect

Bait: Mackerel & crab

Rigs:

Results: Tope, Bull Huss, Smoothound, Lsd, Dab, Gurnard

Report: Headed out for the afternoon in perfect conditions. Plan was to get my 10 yo nephew Charlie a Tope. He ended the day with 3 Tope, a Smoothound, some dogs & a grey Gurnard. We managed 8 Tope in total to 35lbs, 12+ Smoothies to 5lbs, 1 Huss at about 7lbs, and a few other bits and bobs.

great fishing for such a short session lads, and a big well done to charlie on his first tope fantastic result im sure he is well and truly hooked after that 8)
i was out today myself very lumpy conditions starting off. not a sniff of a tope up this way, mainly dogs and hounds 8 species in total, i might have to go down to cahore myself the way things are going :roll:
