salmon/seatrout licence
I bought a district dublin licence at the start of the year online so i could fish straight away as the tackle shops aint open untill the 6th or so,and i wanted to be fishing legaly, since then ive moved and have a week away in kerry so i contacted the tackle shop as i know they can upgrade to an all ireland licence for the extra 40e or so as long as you have not used it, yet they cant change mine as i got it online, so 5 emails and a phone call later and yvonne quirke from the fisheries board said i cant upgrade it as its half way through the season!!! why i dont know as its an easy 40e for them, and any tackle shop does it,try and do the right thing and thats what you get, so from now on i wont be buying any sort of licence

That's the fisheries board for you. I sent them a mail regarding sea trout regulations and they couldn't clarify there own regs. When I pushed them I eventually got a response that seems like it was just made up .

Re: salmon/seatrout licence
There a nightmare, she just cant be bothered to do it, they can sell me an all ireland licence now when its half way through the season so whats the difference? money making racket, i wont even bother buying any licence from now on , one of them in there said im sure they can do it just cancel one and issue another one, tackle shops can do it, so can they, so they would have been getting an extra 40e and 100e each year now they will get fuc* all, they want people to support them and they cant be bothered to help you out, mate just told me that they upgraded his last year from the blackrock office, her name was jeniffer, i think your man on the phone didnt like my accentfreedom1916 wrote:That's the fisheries board for you.
