Well done with the Ray, 6lb is a tidy fish.
The smoothies seem to be slow to get going this year.

We've had them on the boat anchored between half moon and lighthouse on bay side about 200 yards from pier wall. Up to 15lbs. They are back alrightmyworldfishing wrote:Its great to see ray back in the bay, havent been ray caught there for years and now theres about 5 I heard of in a month....

Didn't manage to get down on sat night, got down on sunday about 1:30 and stayed 'til 7. Set up about half way up beside the little huts. Was using crabs/macs/rag and squid in diffrent combos.caught nothing-a few other lads came and went but nobody was catching anything.went home soaking wet-but i'll be back Gurrrr!
