Off the mark

People : me
Were : West cork
When. : yesterday evening
Weather : s/w wind good surf
Tide : start of the flood
Bait. : frozen razor
Rigs. Pulley rigs
Results. 1 bass 60cm

Arrived at my first mark at low tide & first cast a good bite but the fish dropped the bait. Fished on for 2 more hours & moved to another mark that can fish well on the first few hours of the flood. Arrived at the second mark wind was up tide pushing in. First cast after about 10 mins rod pulled over lifted into a nice bass which fought well. Had to kill the bass as he was deeply hooked. Fished on for 1 more hour & not a touch happy with my first bass of 2014. Image

Very nice fish, pity it didnt make it. Great fish to start the season off, well done.
