#1 Post by Bradley »

People: me and a buddy

Duration:3 hours

Tide:falling

Weather:sunny

Bait:frozen lug

Rigs:various

Results:1 bass 1 flounder

well a friend of mine was home for a week and wanted to do some fishing.
we hit a local mark in search of some flounder got the two rods set up and after 10 mins we noticed fish breaking the water about 20 yards in front of us surley it had to be bass we reeled in and cast just infront of the fish within seconds one rod flew out of the stand and my mate who rarely fishes was into a bass!! he lost it just at the shore few seconds later my rod went bang and i was into my first bass of the year the exitment was pumping through me!! i knew i had to keep tension on the fish as we were only using size 4 hooks for the flounder!! after landing the fish it all went quiet again just one flounder after that but i was over the moon with my first bass of the year caught 5 mins from home Image
