Massive trawler arrives in Irish waters

This is worth reading…..bearing in mind that there are no discards from next January, So trawlers can keep everything. I wonder who pushed this forward in Europe!!!!!!!!!! We also have quota swapping, whatever that means. Of course the boat is “probably" involved in legitimate fishing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
