bass fishing in wexford

caught my first bass last year, a 10 pounder caught in kilmore quay.
im thinking of fishing again for them in wexford but want to spin cause id say the fight off one of those is amazin on a spinning rod as i caught the last one on a beachcaster.

can u tell me what are the best marks around wexford,and best type of lures?

and can you spin for them this time of year or is it only in the summer months?

summer is by far the better time and u may have to use a bit of ingenuity to find out what is around for the bass at this time of year. i would imagine the main method would b lug but maybe a "whiting" lure might do the job
