Hi Croppy, always good fishing from the back of Kilmore pier casting towards the saltee islands, main species at this time of year would include Coalies,Coalies,Coalies,Coalies and the odd Whiting and Codling thrown in for gtood measure.lol. Bait a little scarce at moment, especially Peeler crab, which is the main Coalie bait.Lug can be dug quite easily depending on the tides. If all alse fails the tackle shops(Hayes Cycles,108 sth main st.,wexford) have fairly good supplies of frozen baits. Better chance of more sizeable Codling at the Coombe or Rostoonstown, east of Kilmore in the Carnesore point area.

Happy Fishin!
