Fishing in Gambia

#1 Post by nige »

Hi, myself and a few friends are thinking about going to Gambia next year on a fishing trip. What I would like to know is has anyone from the site been there and what did they think of it. Also info regarding flights and best places to go would be great.

There is a trip every October which is organised by Angling Direct and Henry's Tackle. I would suggest you call Henry and he can fill you in on anything you need to know about Gambia. They have fished it every year for the past five years.

nige maybe you should try getting in contact with John O'Brien in the waterford outdoor and angling centre as he has been there quiet a few times, his number is in the irish angler magazine, a group of us were thinking of going aswell and john was very helpful
