Spanish pt, Forum meet, 30-12-05

People: Neilus, Donagh, Sean365, Eoin and non-forum Dan, Tim & Shane

Duration: I fished from 11am till before 3pm though a few stayed on.
Tide: Low tide before 11am

Weather: Westerly that picked up at the end with sunshine and showers. Water had nice surf

Bait: Sand eel, razor, mackerel & lug

Rigs:Paternoster and pulleys

Results: A flounder each and couple of blanks. Flounder were in good condition and weighed in at the 1lb mark.

Report: We were spread across the beach so there wasn't to much meeting. I had a 4/0 razor fish paternoster for most of the session in hope of bass but still managed a flounder. I should of downsized my hooks and trageted flounder but if you don't try you won't catch. Our end fished best at low water so should of fished it earlier. We were hammered by weed in the end. I enjoyed it all despite the lack of fish.
