Report:Had my first shark of the year 6 miles southeast of the Ram Saturday, also had mackeral on and off during the day .

No photos , I was on my own,my crewman was on the piss the night before and couldnt get up to go fishing 
so I released the fish at the side of the boat , I think its a bit dangerous to be trying to haul a fish like that aboard alone and i use barbless hooks so its just a flick of the pliers and the hooks out no harm to the fish and more imporantly no harm to me
