Report: Judging from the reports, everyone was hitting the hounds at the weekend, and for us it was no different. From the moment we hit the beach we were catching. I got the first hound on my first cast, my second on my second cast and so on. And it just carried on all the way up to high tide when everything went quiet. Then Karl's rod starts bouncing and he reels in a nice schoolie for his first ever and new personal best Bass!
Another couple of hounds and a Flounder later we decided to hit the hay and get ready for the morning tide which turned out to be very disappointing with baits coming back untouched.
Very enjoyable session over all,and the best we've had in a long while.
