Boat Gear & Tactics Question

Hi all,

just got our boat ready for the water. We will be mostly fishing between Dunmore East and Bunmahon in Waterford. I was wondering if anyone could advise as to the best tactics and rigs to use for bait or lure fishing. Trying to catch anything but mackerel.
