assistance
Hi
You can download a PDF guide on baits from the home page, just click on the lnk - 1 MB so it might take a while depending on your interent connection....
http://www.sea-angling-ireland.org
You can also look there at the suggestions in Donegal etc. on marks...
Hope this helps. If you register people can send you private messages (PMs) on marks that are fishing, more specific advice etc...

benone or downhill, flatfish(flounder and turbot) use ragworm or lugworm tipped with mackerel strip for best results on a size 2 - 1/0 aberdeen hook
for bass use a 1/0 - 3/0 baited with straight ragworm.
a 2 or 3 hook rig for both
good luck, need any more info just post.

this time of year the main fish is flounder on benone and downhill ,there where some good flounder taken on sunday past on benone mainly ragworm tipped with makerel or lug tipped with makerel.two or three hook flappers size 2-1 hooks, some guys use coloured beads and spoons to attract the flounder.there is a comp on next sunday if you wanted to have a look at what is being used as reguards to gear and bait.
