And there I was, thinking the fishing South of France was bad, where do I go and get a job?.... POLAND!!!! There's no sea anywhere near Warsaw!!

Just hope the fishing in Malaysia makes up for it. Hope to be going out this weekend, and thn going out to one of the islands in a couple of weeks to get some R&R&F in before I head off to the Baltic wastelands!!!

Oh BOY do I miss Ireland!!! No more cod for me for a while!!!!

Sorry haven't checked in for a while!!

Still in Malaysia at the moment, and just got back from a 3 day break on a small island off the west coast. Only managed a few hours fishing, but caught a few fish off the rocks and from a kayak. The kayak was the most productive as I could try so many different spots and then drift around. Only using a 1.3 metre rod and a tiny penn captiva reel about 3 inches long! Best fish was a garoupa of about 2lbs, but most unusual was a small octopus about 8 inches across! Going out with some guys from the Malaysian forum tomorrow on a nearby estuary.

Fish at last!!!!!!

Merry Christmas guys & gals.
