I have a Mitchell 31 Sea Angler. I'm looking for a specific Mooring Bollard/Cleat with base plate- (9 inch square) in stainless steel of galvanized. Any suggestions on where I can get these or do I need to get them made? I'm in the Dublin/ Galway area, but will travel. Thanks.

Did you try the usual suspects...CH Marine etc.?
