People:Me & Brother in Law

Duration:6 Hrs

Tide: Low to High

Weather: Cloudy, Wind SE Moderate to Fresh

Bait:Rag, Crab, Lug

Rigs:2 hook Flapper, 2 Hook Clip Down

Results: whiting, coalies, codling, dogfish

Report:Decided to give Ferry Point a try at low water about 3.30. Fished it till dark, around 6 with just one codling and lots of crabs to show for it. Headed out to Whiting Bay for a look, but there seemed to be a bit of weed there so hit Ardmore instead. We got a couple of hours fishing before high tide there with a few whiting, small coalies etc. I finally got a decent tap and reeled it in to find a rather fat dogfish on the same hook as a whiting, guess he was after the captive meal :P . Gave up shortly after that, all in all not the greatest session, but hey at least we didnt blank!
