People:People:myself and friend roger

Duration:4 hours

Tide:full at 8 pm

Weather:nice

Bait:rag, crab, squid

Rigs:2up, 1 down

Results:flounder, whiting, dabs, rockling

Report:hadnt been out for a while, courtown always a handy location for me and always throws up plenty of flatties and rockling,we hit the beach at 6 pm and set up1 rod each ,in close fishing was the order for the evening and we were not dissappointed with plenty of flounder ,dabs and rockling, with the odd whiting as well, all whiting were over 24 cms, which suprised me as usually am plaqued with the pin ones, was a lovely nite, calm seas, little wind and not to cold, roger hadnt fished with bait before and as usual when i bring some newbie for first time bait fishing,i was outfished bigtime, think im losing my mojo, or just being a gentleman , i let him catch more fish than me , was great to get out to the beach again and hope im able to get out a bit more often, roll on the cod !!
